This resources portal is a new venture for Montreat Conference Center. It’s an adventure for us putting it together as much as it is an adventure for you trying to access these resources. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we figure this out together.
Below are answers to some questions you might run into on our site.
What is this website?
This is Montreat Conference Center’s resource portal. It acts as a hub for program, event, and conference resources that need to be shared with participants during or after a conference. Customers login to access resources specific to conferences they have attended.
For example, if you have attended five conferences, you will be able to receive resources from all five of those conferences under the same username and login. If you did not attend a specific conference, you will not have access to those conference resources.
Where do I get this login information?
Conferees and participants will receive login information after the completion of a conference via email. If you have not received that information, please contact your conference registrar.
How do I log in?
You can log in directly from the home page of the site using your username and password, or you can find a link to the login page in the top navigation bar where it says “Login.”
If this is your first time logging in, congratulations! First time users will be required to choose a password. The password will need to be at least 8 characters long and have at least 1 capital, 1 number, and 1 symbol.
Do I use the same account for each conference?
Yes, in theory. If you register for conferences with the same email address, our system will correctly give you access to those conference resources. If you have used another email address for your registration, then you will receive another account for that registration.
This is not an ideal solution. However, we can merge your two accounts if this happens.
How do I access my resources?
You can access your resources from the navigation bar at the top of the screen. By hovering your mouse over “Your Resources,” you can view conference resources of the past year. Click on the conference name to access the resources of that conference.
To view a list of all conference resources you have access to, click on “Your Resources.” A page will load that will list every conference you have attended by most recent to least recent. Click on the conference name whose resources you wish to access.
I’m on my conference’s resource page. Now what?
Every conference’s resources will be access differently. Some conferences will have video resources. Others will have downloadable documents. We have done our best to list the resources in an accessible way. Please note: it is best to access these resources from a computer. We do not provide instructions on how to access our resources from a mobile device or tablet.
If you click on a button that has “Download” in some form—“Download the worship packet”— a download prompt will appear on your screen. Select save. You can access your files in your Downloads folder, or wherever else you decided to save the files.
Many video resources will links to other sites (Vimeo or Youtube). Clicking on the video link will open a new tab with the video you have selected.
There may be instances where your video is password protected. If that is the case, the password will be on the conference resource page. The password might change, so check the conference resource page before accessing the video.
Can I share these resources with others?
Unless otherwise noted on the conference resource page, please do not share these resources in whole. They are provided to our conference participants to enhance their experience and provide avenues for continued exploration of the theme after the conference dates.
In addition, please do not share your account information with anyone. It poses a security risk for you as well as for us.
HELP! I can’t access my conference resources!
First, make sure you are logged in to your account. If you have forgotten your password, you have the option to reset it.
If you are able to see past conference resources but not resources for a conference you have just attended, please be patient! We might still be collecting the information from our planning teams. It will be available shortly.

Can I purchase resources if I did not attend a conference?
At this time, we do not have the ability for you to purchase conference resources piecemeal.
I need to change my password.
You can access and edit your account information at any time by clicking “Account” in the navigation bar, or by clicking this link.
I want to change my email address.
You can access your account information at any time by clicking “Account” in the navigation bar, or by clicking this link.
I wish to delete my account.
We’re sorry to see you go! You can delete your account from your Account Information page. You can access your account information at any time by clicking “Account” in the navigation bar, or by clicking this link.
Please note: By deleting your account, you are revoking your access to all past conference resources on this site. Once your account is deleted, we can not restore your account.
